Meet Celeste, a devoted wife and mother to three energetic boys and her baby girl, Joy. She balances a fulfilling career with the joys of family life, including homeschooling her children. Her journey into insurance was shaped by her own experiences; after witnessing the financial strain funeral expenses placed on families in her community, Celeste felt a deep calling to make a difference. She is committed to providing compassionate, reliable support for every client she serves.

Frank has over 30 years of experience in the IT world and spent part of his career at USAA working in the Underwriting Department. He’s also a retired military veteran, having proudly served as a First Sergeant. During his time in the military, Frank focused on helping his troops through everyday challenges, something that still drives the way he works with clients today.

 

During his military career, Frank moved plenty—buying homes, cars, and dealing with the ups and downs that come with big life changes. That experience gives him a real understanding of what people go through, and it’s what led him to the insurance industry.

 

Today, Frank works with Ground Up Insurance, an independent agency that values relationships and puts a personal touch on everything it does. He helps clients with everything from home, auto, and umbrella insurance to commercial coverage for small and growing businesses. His goal is simple: make insurance less confusing and more personal.

 

Outside of work, Frank is a proud husband to his wife Yvette, a father of five, and a grandfather of five. He’s a dog lover (his pup Bennie is basically part of the team) and an avid tennis player.
